Tuition: $595 for AGD Members; $795 for non-AGD members;
Tuition includes Gala Dinner on Saturday night. Reception and Cocktails begin at 6:00pm. Dinner is served at 7:00pm. Dress is business casual. Additional tickets for the Gala Dinner may be purchased for $100 each. Please indicate if you will be attending the dinner.
Upon completion of this program you should be able to do the following:
• Patient Selection, radiographic interpretation and anatomic considerations.
• Diagnosis and treatment planning for routine uncomplicated cases.
• Flaps and suturing.
• Implant placement, integration and restoration protocol.
• Patient motivation, management and office protocol.
• Restorative options and follow-up.
This course is in compliance with the AGD educational objectives for the provision of dental implant therapy by dentists.
About our Speaker:
Dr. Jon Julian received his DDS degree from the University of Kansas City Dental School in 1978 Dr. Julian is the leading clinician in showing general practitioners how to successfully incorporate implants into their practice. Dr. Julian is a member of several dental study groups, the Kansas Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of Laser Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Doctors for Oral Sedation and a faculty member of UMKC Dental School. Dr. Julian mantains an implant, family oriented practice with an emphasis in aesthetic dentistry. He has been in private practice in McPherson, KS for over 25 years.
About the after dinner band "Open Wide":
Open Wide is an all-dental rock band primarily composed of dental professionals from Southern California. Members include Dr. Jim Meeks, Orthodontist, keyboard and vocals, Dr. John DiGiovanni, Orthodontist, guitar and vocals, Dr. Gene Campana, Dentist, bass and vocals, Dr. Ray Mangigian, Dentist, lead vocals, Dr. Eric Prouty, dentist, guitar and percussion, Dr. Dave Corradi, Periodontist, guitar and vocals, Margi Westling, teacher, percussion, vocals and Bernie Jaroslow, drums. Open Wide performs a wide variety of music spanning five decades.
Continuing Education Credits: 16 hours of Participation Credit. This course is in compliance with the AGD educational objectives for the provision of dental implant therapy by dentists.
